I lost my Zipcard
If you lose or damage your Zipcard, just give us a call. We are glad to be of service and send you a new one by USPS First-Class mail.
Once a Zipcard is requested, it can take several days to arrive by mail, and you will not be able to reserve until the new Zipcard is activated.
We're happy to provide one free Zipcard a year, additional replacement cards are $15 each.
I am still waiting for my Zipcard
While we understand that you may be excited to get out and drive, Zipcards can take several days to arrive by USPS First-Class mail. To confirm that the address is correct you can follow the simple steps below:
- Log into your account and click here to go to my stuff tab, then click my account. You will find your address on file under my payment information.
- In the United States click here to verify your address with the United States Postal Service.
- In Canada click here to verify your address with Canada Post.
If you can verify that your address is correct and it has been less than 7 days, we ask that you wait for it to arrive. However, if you have found an error in your address or it has been longer than 7 days please call us below and we are glad to be of service.
Activating your Zipcard
To activate your Zipcard, just log into your Zipcar account on a web browser either on your phone or on a computer. Once logged in, you will be prompted to enter your new Zipcard number. Be sure to click activate zipcard after you enter your number so you can start reserving! Please note you will not be able to activate your Zipcard on the mobile app.
