Extending Your Reservation

If you need to extend you can do so on your mobile app. When looking at the Current Trip, just select Time and you will be able to extend provided no one has the car after you. Once you have selected the right time just click Confirm Changes and verify that the extension is complete. 

Text alerts are another great way to extend your reservation. When you sign up for the alerts we will text you 30 minutes before your reservation ends to let you know if the car is available for extension. If you need more time you can just respond with a text, easy as pie! Once your extension goes through, you will receive a confirmation text. Sign up for text alerts here

If you are unable to extend, please return on time. Someone has the car after you and it's important to keep the car-sharing community running smoothly.
