I'm Going to be Late and Can't Extend

We rely on members to return vehicles on time or extend their booking if they are going to be late so other members are not impacted.

You will be unable to extend your reservation if another member has the vehicle booked after you or your reservation ended more than 30 minutes in the past. In either case, please call us at 866-4ZIPCAR to let us know if you will be unable to return your vehicle on time. Please be aware that returning late can result in a fee.
