Zipcar Space is Taken or Blocked

If you are returning the Zipcar and the designed space is taken or blocked give us a call, and we'll work with you to find an alternative parking location nearby.  It is also important, as it helps us communicate with the next reserving member or our Fleet Team to ensure the vehicle is returned properly.  

If there's another car in the Zipcar spot, please make a note of the make-model, plate number or other details so we can take next steps to minimize future disruptions in returning the vehicle.
