How do I update my payment information?

To update or change your payment information, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your Zipcar account
  2. Click on My Account at the top of the page and select Account Settings
  3. Click the Payment method card
  4. Input your payment information and select Update payment

Keep In Mind

  • Refunds for trip or membership charges can only be returned to the card originally used for the purchase
  • Only admins and owners of an account can update the payment information
  • Accepted forms of payment in the US are credit and debit cards
  • Accepted forms of payment in Canada are credit and Visa debit cards
