To update or change your payment information, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your Zipcar account
- Click on My Account at the top of the page and select Account Settings
- Click the Payment method card
- Input your payment information and select Update payment
Keep In Mind
- Refunds for trip or membership charges can only be returned to the card originally used for the purchase
- Only admins and owners of an account can update the payment information
- Accepted forms of payment in the US are credit and debit cards
- Accepted forms of payment in Canada are credit and Visa debit cards
