For your security, we require you to register your mobile device before reserving a Zipcar on our mobile app. After verifying your date of birth, a registration link will be sent to the email address on file. The link will remain valid for 24 hours.
You may be asked to register your phone anytime you:
- Use a new phone to reserve a vehicle
- Reset the phone currently registered to your account
- Uninstall and reinstall the Zipcar app
- It has been over a year since you last used the Zipcar app
- You have removed the phone from the list of registered devices
