To update the email address on your account, you will need access to the following:
- The email inbox currently associated with your Zipcar account
- The email inbox you are updating your Zipcar account to
You can update your email address by following the steps below:
- Sign in to your Zipcar account
- Click on My Account at the top of the page and select Account Settings
- Select the Email card
- Input the email address you would like to update your account with
- Select your preferred verification method (email or text) and click Update email
- You will receive a verification code via email or text (whichever you selected in the step above)
- Input the verification code and select Verify
- Confirm your email address has been updated
