How do I update my email address?

To update the email address on your account, you will need access to the following:

  • The email inbox currently associated with your Zipcar account
  • The email inbox you are updating your Zipcar account to

You can update your email address by following the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your Zipcar account
  2. Click on My Account at the top of the page and select Account Settings
  3. Select the Email card
  4. Input the email address you would like to update your account with
  5. Select your preferred verification method (email or text) and click Update email

  6. You will receive a verification code via email or text (whichever you selected in the step above)
  7. Input the verification code and select Verify

  8. Confirm your email address has been updated
