If your experience any trouble with your Commuter reservation or billing, please call 1-866-4ZIPCAR and one of our experienced commuter agents will be able to assist you. While we always look forward to resolving an issue immediately, please understand that some requests may take additional time to follow up from our fleet or member services team.
As part of the Zipcar community, we ask that all members take a walk around the vehicle at the start of each reservation to check for anything that may impact the reservation. You can report minor issues through the mobile app. If the car is not drivable, please call us, and we will be able to assist you further. We rely on our members to leave the car ready for the next driver, and your report will allow us to follow up with the previous member.
