If you've lost or left an item in a Zipcar, you can make a booking and return to the vehicle at your earliest convenience. If you need help creating the booking, give us a call and we'll assist.
Be sure to check the car's glove compartment and trunk when you return to the vehicle (that's typically where good Samaritans return lost items).
Keep in Mind
- We are unable to cancel or interrupt any bookings on the vehicle
- We are unable to put you in touch directly with the member who used the car following your trip
- We are unable to contact the last member in the vehicle
- Zipcar is not responsible for lost or stolen items
