If you find a lost item in a Zipcar, please place it in the glove compartment or the trunk. If it is an item of considerable value or something that may be time-sensitive such as medication, please call 866-4ZIPCAR for assistance.
If you left an item in a Zipcar, you can make a reservation to check the vehicle for your item or call 866-4ZIPCAR for help. Please make sure to check the glove compartment or the trunk as your item may have been moved to one of those areas.
We are unable to cancel other reservations on the vehicle or put you in touch with a member currently in the vehicle. Zipcar is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
