If you have an overdue balance, it may be because we were unable to process payment successfully to the payment method on your account.
To pay your overdue balance and bring your account current, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your Zipcar account
- Click on My Account at the top of the page and select Account Settings
- Click the Payment method card
- Input your payment information and select Update payment
Your new payment method should be charged automatically. Once your payment has been processed successfully, you will be able to continue to book and drive Zipcars.
