When a vehicle you had booked for your trip requires unanticipated maintenance that must be addressed immediately, we may have to temporarily remove the vehicle from your booking.
Rest assured, our team will make every attempt to get you back into your original vehicle and if not, we will try to get you into a suitable alternative. This can take some time, so we ask that you bear with us as we work on getting your vehicle road ready again.
What do I do?
- No need to panic! Our team will find you a replacement vehicle as soon as we can secure one.
- Once a new vehicle has been found for your trip, you'll receive an email from us confirming the update and providing you with some information on any changes.
- If your trip is starting in the next 24 hours and you notice that your vehicle’s details are still missing. please feel free to call us at 866-4ZIPCAR.
