We pride ourselves in offering a consistent, high quality car sharing experience. That's why our cars receive regular professional cleanings.
In order to allow our members access to vehicles on-demand, we are not able to clean each vehicle in between every booking. Though we encourage our members to return the cars clean, that doesn't always happen.
If you find your booked vehicle is dirty and doesn't meet your expectations, please send us a report at the start of your trip so our local teams can review and determine the best next steps.
We do take proactive measures to ensure each vehicle is regularly and rigorously cleaned following our sanitizing procedures using antiviral and antimicrobial solutions. We also promote healthy hygiene and safety practices within the team that works behind the scenes to care for our vehicles.
