How do I change the damage protection coverage for drivers on my business account?

As an admin or owner of a business account, you can manage the damage protection associated with all drivers on your account by following the below steps:

  1. Sign in to your Zipcar account
  2. Click on My Account at the top of the page and select Account Settings
  3. Under Account info, click on Damage Protection 
  4. Select the level of protection you would like
  5. Select Update protection

Keep In Mind

  • Only owners & admins of a business account can update damage protection coverage
  • Damage protection cannot be set on a driver-basis for business account
