Can I create, cancel, or modify bookings of drivers on my account?

No, account admins and owners are currently unable to create, cancel, or modify the bookings of any drivers on their account. 

Account admins and owners who need help with updating the bookings of any of their drivers can contact Zipcar for further assistance.

Keep In Mind

Account admins & owners can view all upcoming, ongoing, and past trips of their drivers.
