Can I require drivers on my business account to input a booking memo?

As an owner or admin of an account, you can require all drivers to input a booking memo, or note, by following the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your Zipcar account
  2. Click on My Account at the top of the page and select Account Settings
  3. Select the Trip Memos card
  4. Select Memos required on all bookings 
  5. Click Update to save your settings
