Why am I having trouble applying for a Business membership?

If you are trying to apply for a business membership and are encountering an error, please try the following troubleshooting tips:

  • Please check your spam and junk folders for an email from Zipcar with your invitation link sent by your business owner or administrator
  • If no email has been received in over 24 hours, please contact your business owner or administrator.
