Where can I use the charging card?

Most of our EVs come with Chargepoint charging cards that work at any Chargepoint charging station. When you use this card, it will bill us directly.

Plugging in at a different station? Just submit your receipt — including date, time and amount — and we’ll reimburse you. Use the Plugshare app (or website) or Google Maps to charging stations on your route.

Look for stations that are compatible with J-1772 or CCS/SAE connectors. Most Level 2 or Level 3 charging stations that are not Tesla branded should work for your car.

  • Level 2 Stations – AC charging (J-1772 connectors) and make up 80% of public chargers.
  • Level 3 Stations – DC charging (CCS connectors) and charge much faster.
