What if I can't plug in the car at the end of my trip?

First, check that you turned the EV off and the doors are unlocked. Do not end your trip yet. Then, gently press the charging port door near the headlights to open it.

When you’re plugging in, make sure the charging cable is correctly aligned with the port holes. If the charging station is giving you an error, try tapping your charging card again. That usually fixes it. After plugging in and returning the charging card to the visor, end your trip.
