What if the charging cable is stuck?

Sometimes the charging cable can be a little tricky. Make sure that:

  1. You’ve stopped charging.
  2. You’ve unlocked the EV.
  3. You’re pressing the release button on the charging cable.

If this still doesn’t work, try pulling the cable a little harder.
