Ending Your Reservation

  1. Fuel & Cleanliness Check
    Leave the Zipcar ready for the next member by taking all your belongings (and trash) with you and leaving at least a 1/4 tank of gas.
  2. Return the Zipcar
    Return your Zipcar to its home location or as instructed in your confirmation details. Directions are available in the Zipcar iPhone® and Android™ app.

    If you're dropping off at a location that has more than one reserved Zipcar space, any of them will do. If a non-Zipcar is occupying the spot, give us a call and we will tell you where to park.

    If your Zipcar spot is taken or blocked, please find the nearest available and legal space where the vehicle will not be towed. Then give us a call at 866-4ZIPCAR to let us know so we can help the next member who has the vehicle reserved.
  3. End the Booking
    Lock the doors with your Zipcard (or our mobile app). As long as you've returned on time at the correct location, you're good to go. An email will be sent shortly after with your final trip details.
