How do I invite drivers to join my standard plan or business account?

As an owner or admin of an account, you can invite others to join and drive under your account by following the below steps:

  1. Login to your Zipcar account
  2. Click on My Account at the top of the page and select Account Settings
  3. Select the People tab
  4. Select +Add Member
  5. Input the email address of the new member
  6. Select the damage protection coverage
  7. Click Send Invite

Keep In Mind

  • Only owners & admins of a standard plan or business account can add members
  • For Standard Plans only one additional driver is allowed
  • All fees & charges of the member will be billed to the credit card associated with the standard plan or business account
  • If the invited user does not already have a Zipcar membership, they will be asked to go through the application process
