As an owner or admin of an account, you can invite others to join and drive under your account by following the below steps:
- Login to your Zipcar account
- Click on My Account at the top of the page and select Account Settings
- Select the People tab
- Select +Add Member
- Input the email address of the new member
- Select the damage protection coverage
- Click Send Invite
Keep In Mind
- Only owners & admins of a standard plan or business account can add members
- For Standard Plans only one additional driver is allowed
- All fees & charges of the member will be billed to the credit card associated with the standard plan or business account
- If the invited user does not already have a Zipcar membership, they will be asked to go through the application process
- The Lite plan does not offer additional drivers and does not have access to the people tab
