How do I invite new admins to join my business account?

As an owner or admin of an account, you can invite other admins to join and manage your account by following the below steps:

  1. Sign in to your Zipcar account
  2. Click on My Account at the top of the page and select Account Settings
  3. Select the People tab
  4. Select +Add Member
  5. Select the Admin only role
  6. Input the email address(es) of the new admins
  7. Click Send Invite

Keep In Mind

  • Only owners & admins of a business account can add new admins
  • After a new admin joins, their role can be updated to include driving access
