How do I update the roles of users on my business account?

Admins and owners of business accounts can modify the roles of any user on the account to a driver, admin, or combination of admin & driver by following the below steps:

  1. Sign in to your Zipcar account
  2. Click on My Account at the top of the page and select Account Settings
  3. Select the People tab
  4. Click the overflow menu (3 vertical dots) next to the driver you would like to update
  5. Select Update role
  6. Check the boxes of the roles you would like the user to have and click Update role

Repeat the above steps for each user you would like to update the roles of.

Keep In Mind

  • Only admins and owners of a business account can update user roles
  • Users who have all roles removed will be removed from the account
