How do I modify or cancel my booking?

Shortening, extending, or canceling your booking, or updating the insurance protection coverage, can be done from the web or from the Zipcar app on iPhone® or Android™.

  1. Sign in to your Zipcar account
  2. Select Trips from the navigation menu
  3. Find the trip you wish to modify and select Edit
  4. To modify the trip times, use the timeline slider and select Update
    To change your booked Zipcar, click on Change car under the vehicle image, select your preferred vehicle, and select Update
    To cancel your trip, select Cancel trip at the bottom of the modal
    To update the insurance coverage, select or deselect available protection options and click Update
