Yes, members are responsible for paying all toll charges. While we don't charge you extra fees, you will be responsible for any and all tolls incurred during your trip.
It may take a few weeks for Zipcar to receive the tolls from the municipality or local authority. Toll fees will appear in the list of charges for the associated trip and will be processed as a separate charge to the card on file. You'll also receive an email from us any time you're billed for a toll charge.

Keep In Mind
- Zipcars use pay-by-plate. Be sure to take pay-by-plate toll lanes.
- Do not use a personal toll pass as this may result in double-charging by the toll authority, and Zipcar is unable to remove toll charges incurred during a reservation
