If you are having issues taking or submitting your selfie or driver's license, ensure the following is correct.
- All submitted photos must be clear; blurry or obstructed photos may delay your application
- Consider reviewing our eligibility requirements for driver's license requirements, if an ineligible driver's license is detected it will not be accepted
- If using a mobile device, please ensure you have given permission to take photos from the Zipcar app or mobile browser
