How can I reactivate my membership?

If you have recently cancelled your membership, your account will not be deactivated until the end of your current membership cycle. If your account is still scheduled for deactivation at a future date, you are able to un-cancel the request.

If your membership has already been canceled, you can reactivate by following the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your Zipcar account
  2. Click on My Account at the top of the page and select Account Settings
  3. Click the Plan card
  4. Select Reactivate membership

If it has been more than 90 days since your account was deactivated, you will be prompted to submit a new application to have your account reactivated, and an application fee may be charged
