Am I able to receive a Zipcard or a replacement?

If you would like to receive a new or replacement Zipcard, please complete the following steps:

  1. Sign in to your Zipcar account
  2. Submit a request for a Zipcard

Keep In Mind

  • All US Zipcars can be locked & unlocked via the Zipcar iPhone® and Android™ app and a Zipcard is not required
  • Be sure the mailing address on your account is up-to-date
  • We'll replace or provide up to 1 Zipcard per year at no charge (additional cards are subject to $15 replacement fee)
