Can I receive a replacement or new Zipcard?

If you haven't received your Zipcard yet or lost your last one, we are happy to send out a replacement. Click here or select Contact Us above to request a new Zipcard be sent to you.

Keep In Mind

  • All Zipcars can be locked & unlocked via the Zipcar iPhone® and Android™ app and a Zipcard is not required (though some cars do require a Zipcard to start the trip)
  • Be sure the mailing address on your account is up-to-date
  • We'll replace up to 1 Zipcard per year at no charge (additional replacement cards are $15 each)
