How can I update my notification settings?

Managing notification preferences in the Zipcar mobile app:
To turn on text messages and/or push notifications or receive emails from Zipcar on your mobile app, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to your app home screen and select account 
  2. Scroll down and select Notification settings 
  3. On the Notifications screen, use the toggles to modify your notification preferences 

Managing notification preferences in a web browser:
To turn on text messages and/or push notifications or receive emails on a web browser, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your account 
  2. Click on My Account at the top of the page and select Account Settings
  3. Select the Notifications card
  4. Use the toggles to configure your notification preferences and select Update notifications
