Managing notification preferences in the Zipcar mobile app:
To turn on text messages and/or push notifications or receive emails from Zipcar on your mobile app, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to your app home screen and select account
- Scroll down and select Notification settings
- On the Notifications screen, use the toggles to modify your notification preferences
Managing notification preferences in a web browser:
To turn on text messages and/or push notifications or receive emails on a web browser, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your account
- Click on My Account at the top of the page and select Account Settings
- Select the Notifications card
- Use the toggles to configure your notification preferences and select Update notifications
