If you're unable to find your reserved vehicle at the beginning of our reservation, please follow these steps:
- Make sure that you have the correct date, time, and location, using the mobile app.
- Make sure that your reservation time has actually started; if not another member could be on the way back with your vehicle.
- Use the mobile app to honk the horn on the vehicle in case it has been parked slightly out of location.
- Call us at 866-4ZIPCAR. We can direct you if the vehicle is at a nearby alternate location. If the vehicle is not nearby we can move you to another vehicle.
