Can't Find Car

If you're unable to find your reserved vehicle at the beginning of our reservation, please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure that you have the correct date, time, and location, using the mobile app.
  2. Make sure that your reservation time has actually started; if not another member could be on the way back with your vehicle.
  3. Use the mobile app to honk the horn on the vehicle in case it has been parked slightly out of location.
  4. Call us at 866-4ZIPCAR. We can direct you if the vehicle is at a nearby alternate location. If the vehicle is not nearby we can move you to another vehicle.
