How do I redeem promotional & driving credit?

Redeeming Driving Credit

Android & iOS

1. Login to your account on the Zipcar app
2. From the bottom menu, select Account
3. Select Wallet in the account settings and then Driving credit
4. Select the + icon in the top right-hand corner
   
   

   

5. Enter the credit code and select Redeem

Zipcar Website

1. Login to your account on the Zipcar website
2. Select Account settings from the top right & select Wallet
3. Select Add credit
4. Enter the credit code and select Redeem

Redeeming Booking Promotions

1. Login to your account on the Zipcar app or website
2. On the booking checkout screen, select Add promo code
   
   
   
3. Input a promo code or select from available promotions in your inventory
   
   
4. If the booking meets the promotion criteria, the discount will be applied to the cost of your booking
