How do I undo my account deletion request?

If you requested to delete your Zipcar account, you have 30 days from the request date to reverse this decision. 

How to undo your account deletion request

1. Locate the deletion confirmation email sent to you on the date you requested to delete your account
2. In the email, scroll to the bottom and select Undo deletion
   
3. Confirm your decision by selecting Restore Now
   
4. A success message will appear, confirming that your account has been restored
