As an admin or owner of a business account, you can manage the damage protection associated with all drivers on your account by following the below steps:
- Sign in to your Zipcar account
- Click on My Account at the top of the page and select Account Settings
- Under Account info, click on Damage Protection
- Select the level of protection you would like
- Select Update protection
Keep In Mind
- Only owners & admins of a business account can update damage protection coverage
- Damage protection cannot be set on a driver-basis for business account
