How can I view current and past invoices or statements for my business account?

If you pay on a monthly basis, current and past invoices for an account can be viewed by following the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your Zipcar account
  2. Click on Invoices in the top navigation menu

Each invoice other than the current invoice will have a payment status next to it (paid or unpaid) and can be viewed as a CSV or PDF document.


If you pay by credit card, individual transactions for your account can be viewed by following the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your Zipcar account
  2. Click on Billing in the top navigation menu
  3. Select individual trips or transactions to view more details

To export transaction activity over a period of time, select Download Activity and input a date range.
