Business members can have secondary personal accounts with Zipcar.
Application fees are typically waived when opening secondary accounts.
To open a secondary account, log in to your Zipcar account and follow the steps below.
- Navigate to your account settings and select view plans and pricing.
- Select the membership type that meets your needs - you can choose an annual or monthly personal plan.
- Follow the prompts to enter your driver's license information, personal details, and payment information (all membership & trip fees will be charged to this payment method)
- After your driving application is approved, you can reserve and drive cars on your personal account.
Keep In Mind
To toggle between your personal and business account, select the My Account at the top right-hand side of your screen. A drop-down menu will appear with your business name and your name. The business name is your business account, and your name is your personal account.
