To update the email address on your account, you will need access to the following:
- The email inbox currently associated with your Zipcar account
- Access to the phone number connected to your account
You can update your email address by following the steps.
- Sign in to your Zipcar account
- Click into your account and navigate to Personal Info or Account Settings
- Select Email
- Input the new email address
- Confirm your verification method and select Update
- Input the verification code sent via SMS to the phone number on file
- Input the verification code sent via email to the new email address
